Known for being called a cartoon freak his whole life, Laughing Max Logan is a extremely dangerous Halfblood with the ability to change into anything and do impossible stunts. During his days in under Prof Thomas Oliver's wing, he only wanted to give laughter and joy. Until he got too close to a vat of experimental chemical materials and was dumped with some. His Halfblood DNA started to mutate, people saw what was happening and got him to the sick bay. When he managed to heal up enough to wake up, it was seen that his powers were extremely enhanced. He could now do more impossible things, but this came at a cost, his sanity had been diminished. Now, he goes on a reckless rampage of chaos and shenanigans as the crazy, insane villain known to the world as Loopy Toon or Mr. Toon as he prefers.
